[openrailwaymap] Render changes suggestion

Hi Arlindo,

it is great to see the growing international OpenRailwayMap community!

There are certainly quite some tagging issues unresolved in the fields
you mentioned. There is way room for improvement on the entire tram
tagging scheme. A key issue that goes along with that is the handling os
disused tram/narrow_gauge... tracks in general.

We are going to have a get-together of ORM mappers in Cologne in mid
June where we will discuss about these matters and hopefully find a good
solution for these and many further issues.

The current Mapnik background comes from the old Wikipedia toolserver
and is indeed quite a few months old. If I remember correctly, the
backgroudn will be switch to the new Wikipedia toolserver in time which
will provide regular tile updates again.

All the best
Peter
