[openrailwaymap] Signal beacons

Dear Jeroen,

it is a good idea to include more train protection information in the
OSM database.

There are already at least about 100 Eurobalises in the OSM database,
see http://overpass-turbo.eu/s/qeC.

A more substantial ETCS rendering, including both Eurobalises and GSM-R
masts, would certainly be great.
