Thanks, Christopher, bringing up this question. There are several disused
railway tracks in Germany where these cars are used for fun rides. Most of
them are driven by pedals but a few are powered by solar energy. Have a

From a formal perspective it is a normal track so my expectation would be
railway=tourism and draisine=yes.

For those wondering, like me .... "draisine"= handcars,
track cars,
putt-putts,etc (to use American language). Little maintenance vehicles
(most often but not necessarily 4 wheels). In the past strictly for
railway service, though lately passengers and private users have been
using them.
