the protocol of the second OpenRailwayMap meeting in Bad Nauheim has been transfered to OSM Wiki. The translation into English has not been finished yet. I hope to finish it tomorrow evening.

die Übersetzung des Protokoll ist nun fertig. Ich habe begonnen, die Änderungen am Taggingschema in die Dokumentation zu übertragen. Davon ausgenommen sind die halbgaren Entscheidungen zu den F-Signalen nach BOStrab und die WC-Entsorgung.

Sorry for the delay. I finished translation today and started to transfer some decisions into the tagging documentation. The are some questions to resolve about tagging of German tram main signals and toilet disposal. This two topics will be added later to the tagging scheme.
