[openrailwaymap] British high speed lines not rendered

In OSM, they are displayed as high-speed lines in the infrastructure view, but they are missing in the speed view. They have highspeed=yes, usage=main and maxspeed=201 tags. On the other hand, both the HS1 highs-peed line and some conventional lines at 145 km/h are displayed correctly. Philipp
