thanks for the hint. I mentioned the relation only to show you all related
ways. I just revised the affected ways.
Why does the renderer not prefer on of the tags? I think its better to have
a wrong track type in ORM than no track.

I don't think relations are rendered but ways. And the ways have tags
service=spur and usage=branch.
