Britain has quite a few lines that have been upgraded to high speed.
In OSM, they are displayed as high-speed lines in the infrastructure
view, but they are missing in the speed view. They have highspeed=yes,
usage=main and maxspeed=201 tags.
On the other hand, both the HS1 highs-peed line and some conventional
lines at 145 km/h are displayed correctly.

that's because the rendering style [1] expected maxspeed values
in steps of 5 km/h. I fixed this with my latest commits. [2][3]
Maxspeed values in mph are still not supported.
